Chin and Neck Liposuction Before and After Photos

Patient Details:

This patient in her 40's underwent a mini neck lift. This procedure consists of chin and neck liposuction combined with subplatysma fat removal (removing deeper fatty deposits under the neck muscle) and corset platysmaplasty (plication and tightening the neck muscles). The addition of subplatysma fat removal and platysma plication defines and maximizes a deep neck angle that may not be possible with liposuction alone. No skin is removed in a mini neck lift, therefore it is only applicable to patients with good skin elasticity. The patient is shown at approximately 6 months after surgery.
