Patient Details:

This patitent in her 20’s saw Dr. Tong to discuss Rhinoplasty. She did not like the look of her tip, and was concerned about the bump on the bridge. Dr. Tong observed that she had a bulbous tip that also pointed downwards. She had a small dorsal hump with widened nasal bones. The patient underwent open Rhinoplasty. Dr. Tong shaved the hump from the bridge, and narrowed the bones. The tip was refined and upturned slightly. The result was a much more feminine looking nose, and the patient was very pleased with the outcome.
